I went through a number of old boxes and old paperwork, today, and tossed out a bunch of stuff, including a number of old items related to Hyborian War - particularly blue maps from previous games of Hyborian War, player names and addresses, and other assorted items.
I managed to locate some more Galaxy: Alpha material, including the rulebook for that old, now-defunct play-by-mail game. There were a couple of old Hyborian War wall maps in the stuff, a few dozen comic books, ancient Starforce Battles materials (including one turn result sealed in an envelope and apparently never mailed to its intended recipient - the envelope was even addressed). There was even an old Middle-earth PBM wall map, which I had laminated at some distant point in years long past, and some other Middle-earth PBM related paraphernalia. Additionally, I located a few copies of the now-defunct Paper Mayhem magazine that I used to subscribe to. I kept some of the stuff, but the bulk of it was sent to the local landfill. I did keep an old art piece that I need to scan and send to Scott via e-mail, when I get around to it. He'll probably appreciate seeing it, again.
So, why do I bother to mention any of this? Because, it may be relevant in the years to come, and because it will give you guys something to read, the next time that you log on.
