LIMITED PEACE
I have proposed (and we played one game of) a limited Peace system. You can have ONE peace treaty per warseason with any other nation. Each PY they reset. So Nemedia can get (by whatever means ) a peace treaty on AQUI, CORI and OPHI, but then if they brak the treaty with AQUI they can not get another until after the next PY. This makes it more of a strategic use than tactical. You can still slap one on a Kingdom and frustrate them for a whole warseason, but it eliminates the Peace-Invade-Peace.
